Misleading adverts
Misleading advert because it implies that have you drink this, you will escape death which is obviously not the case. Also quite graphic for young audiences (the noose).
The content within this envelope has nothing to do with what is on the outside of the envelope, which is very misleading and also can be very distressing for people, especially the elderly. This got over 3000 complaints. Breaks misleading codes.
This is misleading as it says it is good for your teeth, when in fact it is bad for your teeth. Also gives false information on the bottles.
Offensive adverts
This is offensive because the portrayal of the two priests in a sexualised manner was likely to be interpreted as mocking Roman catholics.
Against the belief and rules of the religion as she is pregnant. Mockery of the religion.
Mocking dyslexic people!
Offensive to those who believe in God and have hope within religion. The colour red can be reflective of hell.
This is a very graphic image that can offend people, especially those of a younger age. Posters were banned however the campaign was not.
